- Leasing: Renting vacant apartments to qualified tenants is priority one. We screen every tenant diligently, which is why we very rarely have a non-payment problem.
Aggressive rent collection, including service of three day notices. If an unlawful detainer is necessary, we work closely with our attorneys to see it all the way through the court process.
- Repairs and maintenance: For emergencies we are available 24 hours, 7 days a week. We have two on-call senior maintenance staff on call for after hours.
- Coordination of code enforcement inspections and insurance company recommendations, and implementation of all corrections and requirements.
- Hiring, training and supervising resident managers.
- Reporting: detailed monthly operating reports and distributions.
- Evictions: interact with attorneys and expedite legal process.
